Project Insight
The scheme was selected as it was developed to support the various operational aspects and vision for the business. The three drivers behind each product selection were quality, performance and best value. We encouraged them to up their budget on the task chairs to give their team a quality, long-lasting product with the most adjustability and comfort level.
Added Value
We developed a bespoke call centre workstation for 90 positions, producing renders initially, and then mock-ups to fully demonstrate the product before an order was placed. The client was also considering purchasing all their sit /stand furniture direct from China as they had contacts there. We assessed the furniture that they were considering (which appeared to be good quality) and produced a cost/risk/benefit analysis which helped them to decide it was best to place the order with us.
Risks & How We Mitigated Them
The bespoke furniture was the key risk, as this was a new concept and a product that hadn’t been produced before. We mitigated the risk through the development stage which proved vital to obtaining feedback and helped finesse the design prior to production. The client is overwhelmed with the space and the client’s team loves their new working environment. The design and the ethos of the company make this a great place to work.
