Working collaboratively with the building management team, the base build contractors, the client and the designers, we worked our way through the issues and completed the fit out within budget and programme . This included partitioning to create a sub let area and rooms/offices, new carpet and vinyl flooring, solid ceilings with timber slats and a rather impressive tea point/kitchen. The client was delighted with the process and their new inspirational office space.
